Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed items within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Customer needs to return the items via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed same day after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to Xoxostore.pk, Zubaida Memorial Hospital, Railway Road Shakargarh, Disctrict Narowal.
- Website order holders will contact us on our Intsa page / Whats app for any query.

2. Repack Merchandise
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
